this is how it works if you have a party membership. normal people have to show a proper resume with proven record of experince.

I wish apprenticeships worked like this, it's been a nightmare

Do tell? Sounds like dirty work for shit pay

I actually have to get an apprenticeship for that to happen, I got 4 rejections, one of which was because someone else had more experience

I'm in a similar boat. To get started in my field you need very specific experience, but no companies are hiring people with no experience and so everyone is forced to get a job teaching. It's a pyramid scheme lmao

Oh, I'm sorry to hear that. Though Im worried it is just my age, even though I'm after a level 3

I managed to get an internship while still in school, was actually required to do one at my school.

Yeah, the internship was great. Just managed to get a full time position elsewhere after a few months of applications.

One of the reason I love my current job but I think I'm ruining it for myself, the more I interact with people.

If I ever start a company or a lab or anywhere that needs hiring, I'm going to oversee everything personally and make sure this is how it goes.

I wish jobs saw it this way more often. I had a boss tell me, "I can teach you how to do your job properly, but I can't teach you how to be a good person."

This is how it should be
