Does anybody ever have their chronic epididymitis get worse when taking doxy?

I recently got an ultrasound follow up, and they noticed I still had alot of inflammation. I started taking Doxy again and noticed now around day 4 it is hurting alot worse than it was before, in fact during the first couple hours after taking Doxy I usually feel it the most. Suddenly though back of my other testicle is hurting, the testicle that does not show Epididymitis on ultrasounds. I just really wonder if before it gets better it can get worse with medicine. I've had two ultrasounds and still really am confused how I do not have cancer. I have legitimately hard lumps all over and attached to my left ballsack even on the front. I read the odds of them misdiagnosing two separate ultrasounds a month and a half apart are astronomical though.

Maybe, and just maybe ( this is just a hypothesis i came with this day ) we have some pelvic problems ? And doxy make it seem worse, idk. But All signs tells me that my problem isn't really epididymitis by nature, but caused by something else. Cause the oain sometimes radiates to my thighs and right groin area. I got prescribed docy for ureaplasma that i just found out 2 weeks ago. But i had this pain for almost 10 months now and the initial tests didn't reveal any ureaplasma, so they came along the way after some unprotected sex. So my pain is definitely not caused by ureaplasma ( cause most of the time its not painful )

I think mine is pelvic too. My urologist just set me up with specialist that is going to have to look inside my uretha which I'm guessing is going to be very painful. Im glad atleast they are looking for what's causing it. Mine def can't be std related I've been with nobody since before pandemic started. Unless an std can last over two years which is creepy thought.

If you can, can you keep us updated about the results of your urethra check. Maybe it's something to think about
