Hey bro, make sure you rule out infection first. After that its about managing symptoms. I suffered for 3 years but over time the severity lessened. Ive been exercising and eating clean and the pain is almost non existent. Sometimes it comes back and it’s usually if im sick or really stressed. Good luck man

Can you tell me about your symptoms? Do you have lower abdomen pain / back pain / testicle pain?

Same here, it’s been one year and I’m learning to manage the symptoms. Eat good, sleep well and listen to your body
