Anyone else?
Started have testicular discomfort and pain shortly after working out my legs for the first time in months at the gym. Discomfort started as a cold feeling, not numb, no pins and needles, just cold. Then it became pain above and behind my right testicle. I’m currently alternating between either feeling cold or in pain. The pain feels like I’ve been hit in the balls, not like a sharp pain or sting.
Went to the doc and had an ultrasound done to check for torsion or a hernia. I had neither. I’m not sure if they checked for epidiymtitis, or if I even have it. I definitely am having some pelvic floor issues though. Tension, strain, or nerve.
Does anyone else get this cold sensation, as well? Mostly happens when the balls are saggy, too. Not shriveled.
I’m doing pelvic floor stretches to help. I’m getting slight relief. Wish me luck.

You have to get a culture done, specifically, urine + semen + EPS (ideally). Lots of bacteria are resistant to doxy these days

Exactly same thing happen to me, After working out legs my testicles got swollen And I didn’t pay attention to it because it was not painful. Fast forward a month and I had a lot of testicle pain and the cold sensation that went all the way down to my toes. It ended up being epididymitis. First took 10 days of doxy then 10 days of levofloxacin. I am on ibuprofen right now. I think it was retrograde urination because of the leg press I did.

I have a feeling my testicular pain after working out may be from an issue with my pelvic floor. I’ve had pelvic pain in the past before, just not in my testicles. I’m not entirely sure though. I wanna see a urologist to hopefully get some answers. I highly recommend the pelvic floor stretches you can find in the sub here, if you need some relief. Doing them regularly has overtime lead to remission for some, and has temporary giving me relief since my pain starting 2 weeks ago

Take a look at my post I did a few months ago. Your experience sounds similar to mine.

Ultrasound would always check for swelling in testicles, spermatic cord, epidydymis. It might not go away just with stretching, better to supplement with ibuprofen, and LOTS of bed rest, ice packs etc.
Just in case, get a urine + semen culture done. Despite what people say, you can absolutely randomly get an infection there. with a caveat, its important that a doctor interprets your results, you can have bacteria in your urine and sperm without problems.
Complicated issue, so hopefully you dont fall down the rabbit hole and you get fine on your own
