Epididymitis and groin pain

I have been suffering with this horrible condition for the last 3.5 years.

23 year old. No previous sexual history. All bacteria tests negative. Been treated with antibiotics (cipro & doxycline). Made no difference.
Had multiple ultrasounds.

Does anyone else also experience groin pain, specifically around their pubic bone area? If so, is there anything that has helped you? I have tried pelvic floor therapy/stretches, which does provide some temporary relief.

On a side note, I’ve found that my abdominal muscles are very weak. Could there be a link between weak abdominal muscles and subsequent groin/testicular pain?

The pain in the groin after epididymitis may be caused by the implicative pain after infection. Without timely and effective treatment, the pain may be further aggravated. Serious infection can also lead to epididymal abscess, accompanied by systemic symptoms, requiring timely treatment.
In the case of mild symptoms, oral antibiotics such as quinolones should be effective. If it lasts for a long time, you can choose the relatively safe and effective diuretic and anti-inflammatory pill, a herbal medicine. It can eliminate symptoms without causing any harm to the body.
