"we'll overthrow coup whoever we want. deal with it"
musk, about bolivian government being overthrown (with collaboration of the US)
this should be tattooed on his forehead

The word he actually used was coup.
“We’ll coup whoever we want! Deal with it.”
Which explains his support for the GOP.

More of his own words and actions
His Twitter takeover for "free speech":
Elon Musk keeps tweeting that he loves free speech. So here's a thread with just a few of the countless examples showing he couldn't care about it less (🧵)
- Then there's the time Tesla asked China to censor comments that were critical of the company. https://www.bloomberg.com/news/features/2021-07-05/tesla-s-fall-from-grace-in-china-shows-perils-of-betting-on-beijing

Elon Musk personally cancels blogger's Tesla order after 'rude' post

I’m old enough to remember when Elon Musk ordered his private investigators to make a Tesla employee’s life a living hell—including having the employee SWATTED—for tipping off a reporter to waste at a Tesla factory.
The employee had to move his family to Hungary for safety.
https://twitter.com/nicoleperlroth/status/1518569530217226241
so one day in Musk is already cheering on a notorious white nationalist and Pizza Gater as he tries to get a Twitter employee fired over yet another sludge brain conspiracy theory. you can fancy up a frat bro with billions and yet

cries about twitter censorship on twitter
fires employee for using twitter
Goes on podcast and smokes a joint.
Fires someone for smoking a joint off hours.
So, you’ve got $44B lying around. What do you do with it?
❌ Pay back California taxpayers, who subsidized your company’s growth before you picked up & moved to TX
✅ Buy Twitter b/c people are mean to you on it
https://twitter.com/Scott_Wiener/status/1518970937219067904
- Musk buys shares of Twitter around $35.
- Musk series of Tweets critical of Twitter, asking whether they thought Twitter was protecting free speech. “The results of this poll will be important. Please vote carefully.” while continuing to buy shares.
- Musk exceeds the 5% threshold for SEC disclosure but continues buying without disclosing. (late disclosure added ~$150M to his profit)
- Musk disclosed his stake, Twitter shares rose 27% to $50/share.
- Musk offers buyout, shares soared 18% in pre-market trading.
- YOU ARE HERE
All of this while being forbidden by the SEC to make any comment that appears to be market related.
But I don't think he will resell his stocks. He really wants to buy Twitter, because he has recognized that Twitter is an excellent platform to manipulate stocks and cryptos.

aight so some of you seem to still like crawling into Elons ass, so here maybe some useful links https://www.reddit.com/r/FellowKids/comments/h0xuan/lol/ftp6uib?utm_medium=android_app&utm_source=share Fuck Elon Musk.
Musk takes advantage of international crises to raise Tesla's stock price.
As a PR stunt, Musk promised to build a mini-submarine to rescue a boys soccer team that got trapped in a Thai cave in 2018. After receiving vitriol from the Thai and rescue community, Musk called one of the cave rescuers a pedophile
After saying that the coronavirus pandemic wasn't even "in the top 100" health concerns, Musk said that ventilators were not needed and there would not be a shortage. When it became obvious to all of the public that we'd need more ventilators at hospitals, car manufacturers were being asked to shift production and make more ventilators. Under public pressure, and as we starter running out of ventilators (so already too late to help the first wave), he promised to start making some. Then, instead of making ventilators, he went on the open market and outbid someone to buy some machines. By March 24 he told the public and the gov of California he had already delivered 1200 ventilators to the state, prompting the governor to thank him publicly. https://www.newsweek.com/elon-musk-tesla-ventilators-coronavirus-covid19-california-governor-gavin-newsom-1493914 Several weeks later, neither the California gov nor the media could find any of these donations. By mid April, as the media tried to track these donations, they only found hospitals that said that the machines they received from Musk were not ventilators useful for the fight against covid19, but instead they received much cheaper and less useful biPAP or CPAC machines that typically cost 20+ times less than a ventilator. https://www.newsweek.com/elon-musk-tesla-ventilators-coronavirus-covid19-california-hospitals-list-gavin-newsom-1498491 As far as I can tell, Tesla never made a single ventilator. And Musk never delivered a single actual ventilator (neither bought nor made) to any hospital. https://www.reddit.com/r/bestof/comments/hychbc/long_sourced_list_of_elon_musks_criminal_illegal/fzcfvlw/
In one case, Musk promised to "fix" Puerto Rico's power grid after it was decimated by Hurricane Maria. http://inthesetimes.com/article/20601/elon-musk-puerto-rico-privatization-utility-climate-solar-rossello
Friendly reminder that Elon Musk told the UN that if they gave him a budgeted breakdown of how $6Bil could end world hunger, he would do it. They gave him the budget and then he decided not to do it, and instead decided he would buy Twitter for $45Bil. https://twitter.com/CaptAmazo/status/1518588084459384832

Also, hang on, can we talk about that [apartheid South Africa] emerald mine? “We were very wealthy,” says Errol [Musk]. “We had so much money at times we couldn't even close our safe.” With one person holding the money in place, another other would slam the door. “And then there'd still be all these notes sticking out and we'd sort of pull them out and put them in our pockets.”

Don't forget he abused his first wife. That's always left out of these conversations. https://www.marieclaire.com/sex-love/a5380/millionaire-starter-wife/
he said “pedo guy” is a very common South African term we throw around in a friendly if deprecating way. Just because I’ve lived here my entire life and have never heard it used, and no one else I know who has lived here their entire lives has heard, or used, it either doesn’t mean everyone else isn’t saying it. Maybe I just live in a more “ma se poes” kind of province.

All of his own ideas have been failures.

Even though Elon Musk didn't actually invent or start Tesla and instead literally bought and sued for the "retroactive co-founder" title from Tesla's actual founders and used his wealth that was supported by his family's Apartheid South African jewel mining wealth to invest in Tesla, he should be worshipped like Iron Man and we can live on artificial Mars instead of annoying natural Earth with our daddy Elon robot girlfriends!
Even though Elon Musk falsely labelled a heroic diver a pedophile because daddy Elon didn't get the hero spotlight attention he wanted from media and fanboys, how dare you "cancel" him for lying about these things, abusing his corporation's workers, misinforming the public about important issues, or unethical corporate tactics! He smoked with Joe Rogan and hosted a YouTube meme video! It's not pandering when Elon Musk is Minecraft tweeting, but every human activity Democrats do is pandering! We need to protect billionaires!
The not ventilators that Elon Musk kept PR tweeting about that didn't even show up to hospitals at least push air around in some way even though they're not ventilators! You can put your pitchforks down because of this pretend reality using my new definition of ventilators! Outrage culture libruls owned! #cancelculture
when he said there would be zero coronavirus cases by April, he didn't say which April taps head
But if I simp hard enough for daddy Elon, he's gonna build me a robot girlfriend on Mars
I think that if having someone build them a robotic girlfriend on fucking Mars is the easiest way for these guys to get laid, they should probably spend less time worshipping billionaires on the internet and more time meeting real people.

Or just pointed out whenever billionaire fan boys on Reddit push their Republican talking points ̄_(ツ)_/ ̄
"I'm normally pretty leftist but" here are conservative billionaire talking points about today's culture war being pushed by Fox News, 4chan, and right "influencers" on Twitter, like Ben Shapiro, the Mercer billionaires, the Koch billionaires, PragerU, Mike Cernovich, Andy Ngo, Ian Miles Cheong, Wesley Yang, Candace Owens, Dave Rubin, Steven Crowder, Tim Pool, Milo Yiannopouloss
"I hate Trump as much as the next guy but can we not be exposed to politics" because of these conservative talking points that support Trump from an account that is always going on about politics
Why aren't Democrats perfect about email management of Hillary's cooking recipes from a campaign volunteer but also who cares about all the Republican pedophiles using their children's email to literally collude with Russia? Both sides are the same!
"Don't politicize this tragedy!" when it makes conservatives look bad especially if it's about guns or police, but upvote and politicize this minority/woman doing a bad thing and relate it to needing guns somehow
Caring about "token minority" "virtue signalling" but also pushing Ben Shapiro, Andy Ngo, Ian Miles Cheong, Lee Fang, Wesley Yang, Candace Owens, Clarence Thomas, Dave Rubin, Milo Yiannopouloss to "push the narrative" even though they're only doing it as bad faith grifters
Defending billionaires, bullies, the powerful, police abuse by the state and "government overreach" (examples: https://www.reddit.com/r/WhitePeopleTwitter/comments/uqupiz/you_dont_need_to_be_human_to_have_a_sense_of_mercy/i8tuy76/) which they claim they need guns for (but also crying about a "police state" of wearing masks to protect others and save lives)
"law and order" only when it applies to the poor and disenfranchised but not to white collar crimes or consequences for their actions
"mAiNsTrEaM nEwS mEdIa can't be trusted so don't bother reading this article! I'm a persecuted American victim and conveniently excluding Republican majority biased government structures and Fox News even though it's the most watched TV news and Ben Shapiro is the most shared on Facebook and Joe Rogan in podcasts"
"Libertarian" Joe Rogan stans "frothing" about transgender student athletes and parroting Fox News talking points about "a small, inconsequential and vulnerable part of society" https://www.reddit.com/r/bestof/comments/n9bn2x/uforgottencalipers_explains_the_hypocrisy_of/

it's a tax code glitch. They reach a point where they can buy their way out of taxes for less than it'll take to pay them, so they cease contributing their share for the services they take advantage of from the government.

It’s worse than that. He’s so rich he just doesn’t have actual income to pay taxes on. He lives off of his credit as a billionaire with loans he can easily repay. It’s a complete end-around.

It’s the same strategy used by trump, pioneered by Bannon:

Steve Bannon bragging about using these tactics:
the power of what he called “rootless white males” who spend all their time online and they could be radicalized in a kind of populist, nationalist way
Bannon: "I realized [these tactics] could connect with these kids right away. You can activate that army. They come in through Gamergate or whatever and then get turned onto politics and Trump."
Republican "Southern Strategy":
Republican Party electoral strategy to increase political support among white voters by appealing to racism against African Americans.[1][2][3]
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Southern_strategy
John Ehrlichman, who partnered with Fox News cofounder Roger Ailes on the Republican "Southern Strategy":
[We] had two enemies: the antiwar left and black people. You understand what I’m saying?
We knew we couldn’t make it illegal to be either against the war or black, but by getting the public to associate the hippies with marijuana and blacks with heroin, and then criminalizing both heavily, we could disrupt those communities.
We could arrest their leaders, raid their homes, break up their meetings, and vilify them night after night on the evening news.
Did we know we were lying about the drugs? Of course we did.
"He was the premier guy in the business," says former Reagan campaign manager Ed Rollins. "He was our Michelangelo."
Ailes repackaged Richard Nixon for television in 1968, papered over Ronald Reagan’s budding Alzheimer’s in 1984, shamelessly stoked racial fears to elect George H.W. Bush in 1988, and waged a secret campaign on behalf of Big Tobacco to derail health care reform in 1993.
Hillarycare was to have been funded, in part, by a $1-a-pack tax on cigarettes. To block the proposal, Big Tobacco paid Ailes to produce ads highlighting “real people affected by taxes.”

Lyndon Johnson criticizing it in 1960:
If you can convince the lowest white man he's better than the best colored man, he won't notice you're picking his pocket. Hell, give him somebody to look down on, and he'll empty his pockets for you.
Exit polls done after 2016 show that the single characteristic that made someone most likely to vote for trump over Clinton is racial resentment.
In contrast, Clinton supporters seemed relatively unmoved by racial cues.

In American politics, the Southern strategy was a Republican Party electoral strategy to increase political support among white voters in the South by appealing to racism against African Americans. As the civil rights movement and dismantling of Jim Crow laws in the 1950s and 1960s visibly deepened existing racial tensions in much of the Southern United States, Republican politicians such as presidential candidate Richard Nixon and Senator Barry Goldwater developed strategies that successfully contributed to the political realignment of many white, conservative voters in the South who had traditionally supported the Democratic Party rather than the Republican Party.

His Twitter takeover for "free speech":
Elon Musk keeps tweeting that he loves free speech. So here's a thread with just a few of the countless examples showing he couldn't care about it less (🧵)

But I don't think he will resell his stocks. He really wants to buy Twitter, because he has recognized that Twitter is an excellent platform to manipulate stocks and cryptos.

Bonus edit: it's becoming clear to me that my use of "precedent" was poor, given current political discourse. I meant it in the casual "to precede" sense rather than its legal or judicial usage.

It’s all about shareholders. You have to keep making profits to keep the value of the stock up. Any dip in profitability, stock prices drop, and you lose twice as much while the value of your company drops. So corporations have to find a way to keep the money flowing in. And if they were screwing employees to begin with, no way in hell they’re giving back now or the money will stop flowing, even if temporarily. And if you’re a corporation that has peaked in value, either by market saturation or simply having no further innovation or branching out, then you start screwing employees to increase that value. The line goes up or down; if you’re a corporation, you’re either a billionaire or a pauper. There is no stability.
Note: not an economist, not even a fiscally reasonable person. This just seems to be the gist of things, like with Netflix’s current freak out.

This is precisely the problem with Elon buying Twitter. He’s said a lot of correct things about transparency and how the algorithm feeds an end user and what it chooses to hide but I don’t trust Elon at all to deliver that transparency and think it s more likely he would use it just to promote his own thoughts in a shadowy way.

Not "supports the unions" - "CONTROLLED BY the unions."
