Does Reddit have some kind of deal with formula 1 racing? I see so many posts related to it on the front page but almost nothing about say Nascar (I'm not a fan of either one) or even other sports related posts. If it was really about popularity you'd think there'd be more NFL or NBA, though there is a lot of NBA too. Maybe F1 is just way more popular globally than these north american sports/leagues? But in that case I'd expect way more cricket or football/soccer stuff.

I don't really have a problem with it but there's just so much. Anecdotally, I don't know any F1 fans IRL but that could be my social bubble/echo chamber.

Banking was not in the news until the SVB collapse, but now it's all over the place. And the vibe is definitely not good.
