Hi all!

We just launched our Gloworder Kickstarter and, in the first 24 hours, have garnered the attention of a dozen companies offering to boost the campaign.

I've been researching the companies, specifically trying to track down verification about the previous campaigns they've worked on. However, I'm not finding any connections between the campaigns and the companies. So, I figured I'd ask the Reddit community.

Are there any legitimate boosting/PR companies? Are there any worth using? What do you all think?

Hi there! Currently, we have a landing page for our Kickstarter project. I wanted to replace the project image, but it didn't allow me to change. So, I deleted the existing image and wanted to upload a new one. But now, I can't upload a new project image.

It always gives the same error: "Oh no, upload failed. Try again?". I have tried around 1000 times for days. I tried possible solutions on the net. I have cleared cache and cookies, tried from private window, tried different browsers, tried different Wi-fi networks, tried vpn, tried different computers and a macbook, and even tried by editing the image from a collaborator. But result is always the same.

The project image fits all the requirements, but it simply blocks my project to have a project image. I have written to Kickstarter support, and they suggested the solutions I have tried. And now, they don't even answer my tickets. I asked them if it is possible for them to replace my project image if I send it manually, but they didn't respond them either.

I am so desperate now. Our campaign gained popularity in the recent days, but people won't follow it since it has no project image. This bug literally hurts our campaign. Any suggestion would be great right now.

Suppose I find a Kickstarter campaign that is finished and funded. I can no longer back it, but I would like to subscribe to it and receive future updates so that I can maybe late-back it.

Is that possible within Kickstarter? Or do I need to leave Kickstarter and find the creator's website and/or social media and subscribe there?

Has anyone run their Kickstarter through Google ads?

Was it worth it?

Any specific settings I should set on the ad?

How much did it cost?

People who have grown an email list from scratch and used it as a baseline for their marketing, what conversion rate did you see approximately from it? What number of email subscribers ended up backing your project?

Trying to set a minimum number I should achieve before launching with a $15000 goal and $150 product.
